Besides that, Molly McAdams is a fucking genius!!! I devoured this book in one day. I’m a long time member of Team Chase and I was afraid he wouldn’t do it justice. This is the first book I’ve read by this author and I was hooked. Scarlet is a saint for her patience and determination to help Chase get through anything. There were so many twists and turns that I was on the edge of my seat gasping audibly! This story was heartbreaking at times, making you wonder if Chase would ever remember anything. I couldn’t put one down, I kept turning the pages until I couldn’t turn the pages anymore. Even though it’s the one thing no one can relate to my real life, it’s the only thing I feel is true.īut I just started falling in love with my fiancée again, and I will do my best to make sure this memory doesn’t become my reality. The last thing I remember before waking up into the hospital was losing the girl I loved and also breaking her heart. Now I’m afraid of what I’m going to learn next. As the weeks go by and some important memories come back, it’s easy to see that they’re right. It is clear to everyone around me that I have twisted my real life to create a fake life. In its place is a house I don’t recognize and a girl I’ve never seen before who claims to be my fiancée. I woke up in a hospital bed with my family and friends and told myself that everything I knew was nothing more than a coma-induced dream.
